FP&A Financial Reporting Training (16 hours)
Cost: AUD $4,000 per participant (up to 4 participants) + $2,000 on-site surcharge

FP&A Budgeting & Forecasting Training (16 hours)
Cost: AUD $4,000 per participant (up to 4 participants) + $2,000 on-site surcharge

- Driver-based planning and rolling forecasts
- BAQs & compliance automation
- Multi-scenario forecasting and governance
- Labour and CAPEX planning with balance sheet integration

With over 25 years’ experience in ERP, supply chain, business intelligence, and financial reporting, Ashley founded LightArc in 2010 to help organisations achieve clarity and confidence in their financial data. He has led Epicor FP&A transformation projects across multiple industries, including aged care and manufacturing, and brings both strategic vision and practical expertise to the training.
Mark Cosham — Senior Solution Architect
Mark has over 30 years’ experience in consulting and software development, with a background that spans Telstra Health, CSC, and iSOFT. At LightArc, he specialises in process improvement, accounting systems, and bridging the gap between complex technical detail and clear business outcomes. His approach ensures participants not only learn the “how” of Epicor FP&A, but also understand the “why” behind its impact.
